It’s the one thing most people avoid at all costs. You may wonder why, but the answer is very simple when it comes to why humans avoid COMMUNICATION: FEAR.

Although it’s costing us our dreams, our desires and our earning potential, most of us would rather pull our toenails out than communicate our needs and desires. We’ve been taught that having expectations is wrong and selfish. I disagree, vehemently. Yes, even and especially, in the work place.
