WHEN THE LORD CALLS, you have two choices- Yes or No. “Not now” isn’t an option, as some have discovered. Many have asked where I’ve been for the past few months. Well, I’ve been on what I would call, special assignment.
When the Lord calls you to a task, purpose, new direction to facilitate Kingdom needs and vision, He has a way of making you an offer you can’t refuse. Your soul is unsettled, a bit afraid or a tad unsure. The enemy is there to remind you of the one hundred reasons you aren’t qualified or have missed your time. But he’s always been a liar. So, with great uncertainty, it’s better to say yes, than no, but either choice yields consequences.
Having said yes, I embarked on a one on one journey with the Lord and teachers he has brought my way to prepare me for the work ahead.
Unless you’re living under a rock, you see the world is growing darker by the day. Our children are sexualized, the government has gone completely rogue, our judiciary is compromised, our military mocked by our adversaries and our economy is set to hit Great Depression level of re-setting. All of this spells hell for most of the world, but as a Christian, I KNOW we are not called to be subjects of the world’s systems.
We are the seed of Abraham, the children of promise. Children of light and inerrant Truth. We are the lender. We ARE the currency. We are the representatives of righteousness, peace and joy. Our Father is the Elohim OF hope.
With that in mind, I said yes. I accepted the call and have wrapped myself in His Word & presence through prayer and fasting and His call and vision. I launched THIRST Ministries based off of Isaiah55 and have not looked back. The vision of THIRST in brief, is simply this.. we will be positioned to teach, restore, provide and EMPOWER God’s people as the world’s system comes to collect. We will minister to the needs of the world and Kingdom alike. We will bridge on behalf of our Heavenly Father. We are in this world, not OF it.
As I continue to build layer upon layer of THIRST, I want to ask you to prayerfully consider partnering with me today. I am not a 501C3, with no intentions of inviting Caesar into my Kingdom business on that level. No. We will peform Malachi 3:10 as I’ve always done since the days of my early widowhood.
