Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter may offer reprieve to social media companies otherwise illegally acting as regulators while enjoying 230 protections, but that all seems to be about to head for the highest court in the land. A Constitutional Challenge finds plausibility in the hands of Jason Fyk, Founder- Social Media Freedom Foundation. Rep Louie Gohmert echoes Fyk’s sentiments in a recent press conference announcing the challenge exclaiming, “Section 230 is an abomination to the civil liberties of every US citizen!”.
