Dear Monica letters always prove to be enlightening for me. Mainly because they keep my finger on the pulse of real life issues folks are having day to day.
Today’s ‘issue’ revolves around dealing with people you don’t agree with politically, at your workplace. Ugh.
It can be a minefield navigating co-workers and the boss’s expectations of meeting the bottom line, but I have a few nuggets to share that might help put things back in perspective!
